We see our three roles to be as your consultants, your negotiators, and the overseers of all of your transactional details. As your consultants, we will ask you questions and then vigilantly listen to your answers to determine what is important to you and how best to help you reach your goals. We are also your negotiators and will treat your money as if it were ours. When it’s time to save or make you money, we are relentless to get you the best value for your money.

As a result, you will soon realize that our negotiating skills alone are reason enough to have us on your team. Our third role is to oversee all of the transactional details. Every “i” must be dotted and every “t” must be crossed, because there are over 100 pieces of paper requiring up to 43 signatures and initials and making a mistake can be very costly to you. Every transaction has 100-150 phone calls alone and there are 43 different people from 14 different industries that get involved during the 7 stages of your experience. This is called “integrated complexity”. Imagine that we are your pilots and you are our passenger on your flight – if we run into turbulence, our job is to keep you safe and calm as we land the plane and help you reach your destination.
