The way that we approach real estate is always from a re-sale implications and investment potential prospective. Since we own investment properties ourselves and have for many years, we have the knowledge and experience necessary to guide our clients in the right direction, not only to find and choose the right income properties, but also how to best finance them and understand how best to manage them. We strongly believe that one of the best ways to build wealth is through ownership of investment properties for the long term. In this way, not only will good tenants create wealth for you by paying all of the property expenses (if it is an income property), but your initial investment is also appreciating and leveraged by a fraction of the value. For example, if you purchased a property for $250,000 and put $25,000 as a down payment, if it grows by 5% per year ($12,500 per year), you will be making 50% per year on your initial investment (down payment).

As an added value and in order to expand the knowledge of our clientele who may be interested in or already own income properties, we have organized a free, no obligation landlord’s/Investor’s group. We meet approximately once per month for 1 ½ hours in a local downtown restaurant to discuss landlord issues and investment ideas. Often, a special speaker is brought in to speak on such topics as the landlord’s and tenants act; the legal ramifications related to owning an income property; ways in which to limit your liability with tenants; retrofitting an income property, etc.

The participants within this group range from those just wanting more information to those who are already veteran landlord’s who own one or more income properties and can offer support and answer questions from others.
